Is there a caps lock indicator or widget made for Sparky?

I tried to find a Debian based indicator or widget, but this was as close as I got:

DE?    Rolling or stable.       For LXQT it is very simple.

R. click in the widgets section; manage  widgets and  then enable keyboard state indicator (kbindicator)     Mine is C N S US  at present N is blued as my  numlock is on.   Stable

Having two instances of kbd is listed as a bug  1323 Jan 2020

As you are in stable, I strongly doubt that you are using Wayland but Xorg.   LXQT not ready for Wayland yet, but you are in stable and that would mean a very difficult install of wayland.

This is what I see as available widgets:

Just before the conclusion is how to add widgets.

Sorry, I glossed over the last step -  to enable a widget you have to click the + button.   It will then give you a list of available widgets to add.  You have the correct panel.

peace out.

edit.   Of course if this works, please add  Solved: to the front of the title.   You could also append add  "add widgets LXQT" to aid others with a similar problem to find this.

My grandma used to say: "One who does not know, is like one who does not see".  Now I see. Thank you!!! :-)
