You pause the video at a pix you like, then take a snapshot, then run it through gimp to make your desktop background pix, then right click it to set it as background pix, pick 'scale' for the sizing for background pix.. Some of those forest scenes are 'out of this world', probably made by top-end AI... You pause the video at various pix, and take snapshots, and clean them up with gimp, make a folder of them, and pick your background pix from it whenever you want a change... These pix are worth making printer copies for the walls.. I'm gonna do that... If you want to too, you can acquire frames and color printer ink cartridges these days for just pennies at garage sales.. Spray paint them your favorite color, or a soft quiet flat black... Lightly fine sand them, wash them with alcohol, then spray paint them... Have a fan blowing dust away from you.. Always be upwind of your refinishing work so you aren't breathing and eating toxic fumes and dust...

Place all your desktop icons in the bottom panel to keep the desktop quiet, clean, and uncluttered..  I see those tremendously cluttered desktops, it looks like something splattered with lots of pelican poop..
