Solved: udev 232-14 errors

If you get some errors with your upgrade with udev. 

"(sudo) dpkg --configure -a" might fix.    Don't blindly do. First read - man dpkg.   I got an error message  involving udev when doing upgrade and ceni install on an Debian testing xfce i386 and also received an error message about udev on Sparky lxqt  i386  "dpkg --configure -a fixed in a root environment.  Use sudo if not root.

Not bad actually, systemd and it's parts went from 232-8 to 232-14 in one fell swoop here in testing.
