xerox 6015

hi all
i have a well known issue with printing images (not just oclours) with my xerox 6015
i have found a possible solution (ie download foo2hbpl from this site and apply it)  which of course does not work;
and here is the explanation of what is wrong
just i haven't understood what's wrong and above all  whom i/we should bother to ask for a solution nor how to check whether anyone is caring for that
can you enlighten me a bit? thank you
