Yesterday I installed Spaky Linux Version 5.13 MinimalGUI 32 bit (i686 non-pae).
That worked without any problems.
After the system was installed, I restarted the system.
And and have updated it.
Then I shut down the computer.
When I started my computer today, my keyboard and external mouse stopped working.
Computer is a notebook to which an external keyboard and mouse is connected via USB. Only the touchmouse on the notebokk works.
Keyboard on notebook and external keyboard and mouse do not work.
USB stick is recognized.
Can someone help me please?

That is not supposed to happen on a stable system.  I am not assigning any blame to you.   I am just going Wow!, not fun.

If you can get into a terminal you will be able to do more investigation, but hey - no keyboard.    Ctl-Alt-F1 will not work to get into tty1.

So if you reboot, you can go into rescue mode or a previous kernel when your Grub page comes up.   I would recommend going to the previous kernel first.    The reason why follows from my /var/apt/log/history.log from a Debian Stable.

Failing that go into rescue mode and do either "sudo dpkg --configure -a"   or if root "dpkg --configure -a"     (Do not type the "   that is used to showed - highlight the exact string that you want to type or paste)   That is an extemely safe command.    I did have to do it for my kernel upgrade in Debian stable if I recall correctly (IIRC).

Note: not a Sparky system, but we are both in the same Debian stable environment if you are in 5.13 and I had a kernel upgrade.   Hopefully your going back to a previous kernel will fix it temporarily.   Otherwise post what upgrades have happened for you lately via copying from /var/log/apt/history.log

EDIT ADDED:   I saw from a previous post of yours, pavroo   added "sudo apt install -f" after the command with dpkg for a previous problem.    You could do that too.
Search forum for "More info easier via inxi"    If requested -  no inxi, no help for you by  me.
