Which is the right way to add a ppa in debian repositories via command line?
I proceed as is shown in :http://www.webupd8.org/2014/10/how-to-add-launchpad-ppas-in-debian-via.html ...
But command  sudo add-apt-repository ppa:some/ppa gives me error. For example:I tried to add follow ppa http://ppa.launchpad.net/blaze/test/ubuntu/pool/main/q/qupzilla/ after have installed : software-properties-common python-software-properties.Writing down in the command line :sudo add-apt-repository ppa:http://ppa.launchpad.net/blaze/test/ubuntu/pool/main/q/qupzilla/
gives me error: The website cannot be found/arrived ... (something like this. For the moment I am way from a Sparky Linux machine)
Adding qupzilla ppa was just an example;but generally:how to add in the correct and easy way a ppa in debian depositories by command line?

Any idea?
Thanks in advance !
