keymaps for rdesktop

Unfortunately there are many keymaps missing for rdesktop. It was not easy to find the solution:

- download http://ftp.us.debian.org/debian/pool/main/r/rdesktop/rdesktop_1.8.3-1_i386.deb
- extract files and copy usr/share/rdesktop/keymaps/* to /usr/share/rdesktop/keymaps/.
- check: rdesktop -k de-ch myhost

I have no idea why those keymaps are missing. Maybe missing in debian amd64 package:
