Moving home to a separate partition

I'd like to move my home to a different partition to insulate it from problems I may create while screwing with things I probably shouldn't.
I've seen many guides on doing it and it seems pretty straight forward but I'd like to know if there is anything Sparky specific I should know.

Anyone have a preferred way to go about it? I'd rather not mess it up before I protect it from being messed up.

Hi. There's nothing specific in here, when it comes to Sparky. We haven't made any modifications, so a basic copy of your data to the partition (the contents of /home), making sure the priviledges match ("chown -R" is your friend here) and then modifying the /etc/fstab to add the entry for /home should be sufficient to move your data to another partition.
There's no such thing as "impossible". :)
