Can Sparky's repository be used to upgrade LinuxMintMate 20.3..?

I've been running 'Linux Mint Mate 20.3' in my 100+ scrapper notebooks, till I tried SparkyLinux.. Now I'm switching all the notebooks which net-connect to SparkyLinux because hell's little devils can't break into SparkyLinux with Portmaster and Librewolf installed... Sparky seems to be built on Linux Mint Mate 20.3.. I want to save some notebooks running Linux Mint Mate 20.3.. I haven't ever updated any of them because the updates from Ubuntu's synaptic seem to be corrupted.. Is there a way to update a Linux Mint Mate 20.3 with the honest SparkyLinux repository..?

I must run a few Linux Mint Mate notebooks as utility computers, because SparkyLinux's formatter utility doesn't work to format external hard drives and troublesome windwoes hard drives, which I need to clean, to  install Linux OS's in recycled windwoes notebooks, which friendly computer repair shops drop off on my porch nearly every Sunday near midnight... Last Monday I found six more nice notebooks in a plastic bag on the porch.. Five super good one, but one toshiba was toast... I just turned four of them into SparkLinux netbooks, and one into a Linux Mint Utility notebook for formatting stubborn old windwoes hard drives...
LinuxMint has a few holes and leaks.. Mint's septic synaptic suppository is heavily corrupted.. Sure would like to upgrade Mint notebooks with SparkyLinux's honest honorable clean repository.. Can it be done..?
Just wondering: Are you Sparky people nephilim-angels inside..?

Configure Librewolf without a net-connection..
Don't mess in Portmaster's settings...
