Icon colors, and opened files preset placement..

Libre Office opens where and the size it was last closed..
The OS's home file and Pluma don't open where it was they were last closed.. They open in the middle of the screen like it does in Linux Mint Mate 20.3.. Is there a way to add Libre Office's Desktop values to home file's window..?

A few icons placed in the toolbar disappear on the next boot.. Is there an easy way to add to those problem vanishing icons something that will make them remain in the toolbar..?

The reason we have 'resize desktop icons' is because long ago I requested the Linux Mint creators make the desktop less intrusive for creative writers by giving the user the ability to shrink the desktop icons down to very tiny, and to allow color changes in windows and icons..
