Hello, New here. I got some weeks ago four chromebooks. I used them a little with ChromeOS and ChromeOS Flex but this is not what I want.
All these chromebook are flashed with MrChromeboxTech and all work very good with Linux.
But with Debian and Debian based distros like LMDE, Peppermint, Sparkylinux I have issues.
Debian, Sparkylinux and LMDE do not any work with suspend mode. Only Peppermint does this job, but I can't upgrade this to Testing.

These chromebooks also the touchscreens doesn't work, but this is a minor issue.
Strange that these chromebooks work very well with Linux Mint and Arch distros.
The problem is that when I close the lid the screen goes black but the power light stays on.
For example, on Linux Mint (and Peppermint OS), the chromebook goes into pause mode and then blinks. Debian and derivatives don't do that.
I would like to have it as it is the case with Linux Mint.

The issue of the power management is for me the major issue.

Here a Debian Testing screendump of Inxi:

Can someone help me to solve this power management problem?

Searching the internet I found these solutions:

sudo pm-suspendand
sudo systemctl suspend
Both solutions only works for one second. The screen goes blank, but after one second the screen goes on again.
