so i have do alot of testing and not only in the dev distros but ,in other versions two
and i dont know if the dev team or sparky know it but from inside aptus you can install whatever desktop not one problem the script work just finbe , but the script for deleted the desktops runs two but if you logout that desktop is still there , so that must be fix ...
and i am 100% sure its in all versions  i hope you can fix it ..

must check aptus
and must check distro backup two i think there are some bugs in there two...

i have do some testing in building two and if i click for distrobution , the users is added ,but the copy from local to skell , that for making some xfce was just the basic xfce , so the files are not copy to skell so dont work ..
making or building distro works just fine ...
this are two things that i have see ,that are not working ...  :-\
i love to build linux distro's and test things out to the limit ...

The second question about coping user's xfce settings to skel:
What version of sparky-backup-sys package you have?
Anyway, the latest version has a separated option to copy the setting to skel, so have to be used before making new iso.

Just installed Xfce and sparky-backup-sys on a new disk, and it coppied all Xfce stuff fine.

The first question about not removing some desktops via APTus:
Desktop installed via pre-configured iso images sucha as Openbox, LXQt, LXDE are set manually, means in different ways then desktops installed via APTus.
Anyway, removing the 3 desktops via APTus is fixed -> sparky-desktop 20180808 provides the fix so upgrade your system and try again, and let me know is it ok now, please.

DONT WORK AT ALL , THEY ARE STILL NOT DELETING I CAN STILL AFTER DELETED CINNAMON STILL ENTER CINNAMON ,
SO IT DONT WORK , YOU SEE TOOL DELETING FILES IN APTUS BUT IT STILL THERE , THIS SCRIPT DONT WORK ...

TESTED 3 TIMES WITH CINNAMON ,KDE , AND OPEN BOX , THIS APTUS SCRIPT DONT DELETED THE FILES , IT JUST DONT WORK ...

HAVE YOU REALLY TEST THIS I DONT THINK SO ... AFTER UPDATE STILL NOT WORKING

Hi there,

calm down please. Pavroo already looks into it.

By the way, you did not only update, but also upgrade, right?

Actually, i do believe even a dist-upgrade is necessary to get all the newest packages.

The 'sparky-backup-core' 20180809 provides a fix for the xfce related small issue of copping files, so upgrade it and try again.
