I seem to remember just making  simlinks  to correct these issues  ...

Firstly
Bluetooth says on load  (when first logging in) "Bluez Error: Error reading list of adapters"

Bluetoothctl adds the device and i can pair in there as soon as i close, it removes the device.

The back light is because the file for Toshiba is in a funny spot ..... it works so long as i manually edit the back-light file ..

/sys/class/backlight/radeon_bl0/device/radeon_bl0/brightness  -- I know however that the Enlightenment slider dose work i've have it working .... i've had both things working ...

The drivers are there for sure, and they work ..

Any ideas, links, or answers would be great ..

I also seem to remember that Enlightenment told me how to make the simlinks .. I just don't remember where to point..
To my understanding the  /sys/class/backlight/radeon_bl0/device/radeon_bl0/brightness is dynamically created at boot... so there must be another place to set it.

Some infos i know how to get
