NetworkManager crashes in Sparky 8 MATE , semi-rolling release

I can not configure static-ip manually in NetworkManager. It constantly shows automatic dhcp ip address, although ifconfig shows the correct ip.And that's why I can't access the internet. Now I use another harddisk with Debian 12 and from there I communicate with you.I remember I had this a long time ago on Debian 6 , then I killed NetworkManager.Maybe it's because it's a semi-rollingrelease? But I use the fully rolling release Archlinux with the latest kernels (maybe only Gentoo has newer kernels)and there is no such thing there, it works stab
