Title: stremio fails to install -SOLVED

Just installed SparkyLinux 8 "The Seven Sisters" on an ASUS laptop.  Installation appears to have installed successfully.

I tried installing stremio from Aptus Appcenter.  I see a terminal open, a couple of text lines are very briefly displayed then the terminal closes without anything installing.

What should I do?

OK, if I understand this solution, stremio will not work even though it is included in the APPCENTER.  Should this be reported elsewhere so it is removed from the APPCENTER?

Stremio is out of date, over 2 years no updates, so will be removed from sparky 8 repos and aptus.
