Figure it would be more appropriate for me to register & intro than just lurk (like I did at Linuxquestions.org, don't kmow why).
Sparky seems to be where I'm settling in on 'nix after many, many trials with many, many distros.
And one sad affair with Windows that started back in '03, all the way to Win10. That was all I could tolerate from M$.
Still learning my way around Linux for the most part but I'll try not to ask too many stupid questions.
I did serve a year and a half as an IT assistant (in a Windows Server network, but hey...) way back in the day, so I'm at least a little resourceful.
