Title: How do you cnfigure Konsole
Post by: jacatone12 on November 16, 2023, 12:42:30 AM
Usually changing fonts and backgrounds are easy to find under preferences in a terminal but can't seem to find it in Konsole. Anyone know how to do this?

There is only one thing to do edit bashrc if you have bash instaled.

https://askubuntu.com/questions/558280/changing-colour-of-text-and-background-of-terminal

https://notes.enovision.net/linux/change-terminal-colors-tty-in-bashrc

https://www.freecodecamp.org/news/bashrc-customization-guide/

https://linuxman.co/linux-desktop/bash-then-theres-bashrc/

Thats should be enough for customization to do that you need use vim on emacs or nano to open bashrc.

Good luck.

How about, if you spend some time, STFW (Search The Fantastic Web) and RTFM (Read The Fantastic Manual) ....???

My suggestions...

https://github.com/ohmybash/oh-my-bash  (theme of choice, I like "90210", and the sudo plugin)

https://www.nerdfonts.com/font-downloads (your Mono font of choice, I like Caskaydia)
