Title: How do I not need to put a password for everything?

per day, I must have to enter the password more than 100 times, it is very unproductive.

Hold on, I am not sure, where you have to put your password?
To access some applications, terminal emulator or lock screen?

For the vast majority of applications, such as synaptic, sudo terminal, APTus...etc....
