Title: Creating a shortcut for hibernating
Post by: WetGeek on April 16, 2023, 07:44:09 PM
I use the hibernate feature often enough that I'd like to create a keyboard shortcut for it.  I'd like to have something like META+L (for lockinng the screen), only to hibernate instead.

So far, nothing I've tried in the Plasma system settings has worked.  Does anyone know whether this just can't be done, or I just haven't found the way to do it yet.

Apparently hibernate is neither a command nor an application.  It's not clear to me what it is. Getting it from the menu isn't the end of the world, but a shortcut would be more convenient.  Thanks for any ideas!
