Hi,
I had a plan to install sparky gameover edition on my external seagate hdd. (every other disks are disconnected)
The structure:
sda 7: /boot (fat32)
sda 6: /root (ext4)
sda 5: /linux-swap
So I run the normal installator and there was error with efi flag. I changed these flags but still there was error:
" boot/efi doesn't look like an efi partition".
So I did an update and run advance installer. I put grub on rootmbr. But still there was problem with grub instalation.(didn't write down the error log, because console window turned off too fast).
I guess it is a problem with Uefi stuff etc.
Anyway, I tried plopboot manager to ommit bootloader but still it does not work.
Any suggestions what should I do?

What sort of hard drives do you presently have?
I can respect a very conservative approach to starting with Linux/Debian/Sparky. Once you do get it installed
and then hooked back up it might not boot via the external (USB?) hard drive. Not sure if Seagate ext hdd have any proprietary (closed source) crap at the beginning.

The release is stable.
Regarding hard drives - it does not matter. They are and will be disconnected.
On my Seagate external drive there are no other systems (only some typical documents on nfts), so grub can be installed anywhere on the drive.
I want to boot Sparky without any other devices connected, apart from my DVD and Seagate hdd external drive
EDIT: I managed to do it. Used Standard installer.
1. In Bios I disabled UEFI boot drives and left only legacy.
2. (IMPORTANT) During Gparted I did not made an logical/extended partitions.
Made plain, primary partitions:
1. ext4 - root
2. linux-swap
3. ntfs a
4. ntfs b
Grub was written to MBR.
