Sparky5 right?
systemd-analyze blame is first on my list  to find the problem.  Please use.  More on it via "man systemd-analyze"

http://sparkylinux.org/forum/index.php/topic,4528.msg11494.html#msg11494    has more systemd-analyze tricks.

If you are running 64 bit on 2 GB ram, I would recommend 32 bit kernel.

And what kernel.  Try booting 4.17 if you are on 4.18.  I've been seeing a few problems with 4.18 on a sid-unstable forum.

Please, more info when posting kernel, etc.  If you did not use the search tool for this forum, use it next time.  And post code marked up using the # button above.
inxi will output  info quite seamlessly. "man inxi"
