man dpkg    investigate "dpkg --configure -a"

and of course via the Sparky wiki
https://sparkylinux.org/wiki/doku.php/fix_package

of course if you want to use apt instead of apt-get that will work also.  But first the dpkg --configure -a

Command line is your friend.
