G'day from Australia - oz.
I read about SL at DistroWatch. Sounds like what I have been looking for, for ages. So far, so good.
I've been using Linux as my OS for several years - distro-hoping I think is the term that would describe me. I have gone back to Mint after finding some problem that I couldn't resolve. I have 3 distro's on my multi-boot system. Sparky is my current default.
I am an active member of 3 local user groups, where I actively promote all things open source.
I'm here to help when I can.
My system is an Asus i7 laptop, 8G RAM, 500G ssd. I do a lot of playing in VBox's. I haven't wiped Windows, yet, but I haven't really used in 12 months since I bought the laptop.
Also run Android phone & tablet.
You're very welcome aboard my friend! =D Why do you still keep Mr constructor OS? get rid of it man! if you need anything, do it over a VM on Sparky or trough wine, using playonlinux =D
