Title: xorg 1.18
Post by: paxmark1 on November 29, 2016, 04:35:14 AM
I was not sure if it was going to languish in unstable or transition into stretch-testing.  Edit - it went to testing.

Notice the status of virtualbox, and the nvidia binaries.   I am holding off on dist-upgrade my machine with virtualbox.

edit more xorg

xserver-xorg-innput-vmouse  has left the transitions page and has left Debian forever.

Also for old intel gpu -  libegl1-nvidia replaces  libegl1-glvnd-nvidia

I have dist-upgraded to systems this week, and both are working. Had to reinstall xorg on one of them though. Also I have to confess that both systems were just two base installs with a very simple OpenBox config on top of it. So no fulll DE with all it`s ifs, buts and implications.
