Hi.
Today I have found a very useful utility XFCE Applications Menu Editor - XAME 3 by Red Squirrel

I grabed Xame 3.0 deb from his site and installed it based on the pavroo help :

Enable Sid repository via Synaptic or APTus-> Repository-> Custom-> sid.list, then refresh package list:
sudo apt-get update 
Install Xame 3.0 using Debi Packager 
then disable the Sid repos and refresh package list again

You can rename/hide Application Names in my Xfce Whiskey Menu.
