Title: Release 4.3 xfce
Post by: bonbonboi on May 04, 2016, 12:13:59 PM
I was exited to try 4.3 I thought it could be better than before, still no!
1) The first run of Sparky, it doesn't detect the internet connection or you must wait for a long time before it can.
I used apt upgrade, after upgrade: a. the LightDM got messed up and look like broken  b. Touchpad click on tap is gone
2) the xfce styles are ugly and broken and the default one is so bright.
3) Firefox is not on its latest version even after updating the whole system. I'm not going to use ESR, going to  grab v46 from unstable

Quoteb. Touchpad click on tap is gone

Look at   http://forum.siduction.org/index.php?topic=6180.msg50992#msg50992

digidog in irc #debian-next stated that changing bios for touchpad to standard also worked for him.

I have not looked at Debian BTS on xserver-xorg-input-libinput because I am not affected.

I have Firefox 45.1.0esr-1   in sid and testing presently.    https://packages.debian.org/stretch/firefox-esr
