I am an automation engineer. I built my first computer in 1978 with 14,000+ hand soldered joints, (and it actually worked). CP/M was a good operating system then. My laptop recently upgraded it's operating system, and the new system was not what I wanted on my PC. One of the first things we learn as children is the concept of possession: "What is MINE (and) What is NOT mine." Well the operating system upgrade is based on EVERYTHING belongs to the company that supplied it., nothing is MINE anymore.
