Title: SparkyAPTus
Post by: johnh009 on January 22, 2015, 06:36:28 PM
Sometime in the recent past I think an update has caused the following:

When clicking on any of the buttons, within SparkyAPTus, that invokes a shell, the message 'Unable to find a shell' appears in a shell like window.

I'm currently using Synaptic to perform updates, but SparkyAPTus has better clean-up capabilities.

Any clues regarding the SparkyAPTus problem gratefully received.

Regards,

John

One of my ideas was that the app should looks a little different than just a "normal" terminal emulator.
But as I can see now (you are not the first person reported something like that) it'll be better to switch from "naked" terminator to a default for your desktop terminal emulator. I doesn't make any problem and works fine like in Sparky APTus and others.

So I will change teminator for x-terminal-emulator. When you got upgrade sparky-aptus-upgrade up to 0.1.9, simply remove terminator or make clean up to remove it automatically.
