Title: Can UEFI boot menu shows Sparkylinux insteads of debian?

When I install SparkyLinux to UEFI computer, it installed boot entry as 'debian'

I think it is better to have it as SparkyLinux.

It will soon. I'm currently finishing up the new ISO build tools. They'll force some changes to the installer, so we could also do that little change while we're at it. :)
