Title: openbox clone Wayland
Post by: paxmark1 on September 15, 2021, 05:17:51 AM
I did not see this coming.

https://github.com/wizbright/waybox
That was via a  Debian thread on  wayland

https://forums.debian.net/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=149179

I really liked #! in the day for it's openbox debian variant.   It's successor (one man band, he folded) Bunsen labs is also working on an openbox clone for wayland.    Unfortunately somehow my IP gets flagged as evil for their forum, "Joke em if the can't  ..."  allow people to use VPN's

Myself I am still waiting for a newer swaybar,  for sway.

Hopefully a lot of others will kick the tires and find and fix bugs.    I am busy busy with parents, dad (96 y.o.) hopefully out of ICU tomorrow.
