Post by: michealspencer on June 14, 2021, 04:19:56 am
Hi, I get notification "ZoneMinder is not installed properly: php's date.timezone is not set to a valid timezone".
How to fix this? Thanks!

Start Zoneminder (Note: Zoneminder may have started automatically after the dist-upgrade)

Code: [Select]
service zoneminder start
Add timezone to PHP

Code: [Select]
nano /etc/php5/apache2/php.ini
Search for [Date] and make changes as follows for your time zone

Code: [Select]
[Date]
; Defines the default timezone used by the date functions
; http://php.net/date.timezone
date.timezone = America/New_York
