Title: [SOLVED] LXQT 0.10.0 Application menu position
Post by: olorin on November 27, 2015, 08:41:05 PM
Hi all.
I just installed and updated Sparky LXQT.
I'm struggling with some troubles that I can not solve.
Just logged in if I press the button on the menu the applications panel appears at the top.
To return to the normal behavior of the menu I must launch the configurator panel and I have to set the position to high and then low again.
The problem is that at a new login the menu returns to appear in the wrong position.

Today seems to work properly.
I did an update and I tried to get out of the session and then turn off the computer, before I turned off the PC without leaving the desktop session.

;)

I was away.  It was mentioned on the freenode #lxde and I noticed it also.  Twice it occurred to me after an lxqt update with the options migrating to the top and each time a reboot or poweroff and restart resulted in the menu options migrating back to the lower left corner above the button.

I searched on
https://github.com/LXDE/lxqt/issues?page=1&q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen
and I did not see it listed as a bug.  Hopefully it will not happen again, but if it does, there is the bug list on github.

OHNO, the url looks funny in preview, but is should work

peace out.
