Title: 3.3.2-test1 x64. openGL not working for nvidia nv34 card
Post by: galen on April 09, 2014, 01:17:55 AM
motherboard = gigabyte K8N

CPU = athlon x2 64bit

AGP video nvidia FX5200 [nv32]

openGL is mesa

video driver is nouveau

openGL programs: stellarium and tuxracer cause a hard lockup if run, they start but you can not exit or go to console

I know these are not spark apps, just hoping to get them working

glxgears works fine
Title: Re: 3.3.2-test1 x64. linux parameter in grub must have "quiet"

The 'quiet' is there, 'splash' left after my tests with plymouth which I removed before making new iso.

It looks like you have different version of Linux image installed than Linux headers in the repository exist.

Means the linux image can be 3.13-7 and linux headers can be 3.13-10 for example.

Make full system upgrade and try again.
