found one topic on forum, did not help.
tried to repair with
sudo dpkg --configure -a
exits ok
but error remains
purged /var/lib/apt/lists
that did not resolve
any ideas?
Somebody reported me similar problem with iron package too.
Will try to re-pack it tonight so wait until tomorrow.
Refresh package list and try again now.

I tried the upgrade path again,
now getting this error.
I'll check Ubuntu link as well

I removed the .dist-ucf file and retried the upgrade
