Hello and welcome

:) A man walks into the doctor's office and sits down.
The doctor says 'Yes, how can I help you?"
The man says "Guess what's wrong with me......"
:)

The above is gentle joke to help explain that a solution to your software problem is out there, but please provide some information to help diagnose it.

What version of Sparky are you using?
What is the software?
Where did it come from?
What command did you use to install it?
Were any error messages generated?

What else can you tell us so we can help you?

Enough information is crucial.    3-d printing is very demanding.  I know very little.

The installation of large binaries of complex puzzles for very intricate machines via snap is in itself a binary, yes-no gamble.

For "snap" hopefully it will "snap" into place like a piece of a jig-saw puzzle. The no luck is a snap  like a tree branch that falls to the ground.

flatpaks are preferred by many in Debian    But Debian binaries are the most preferred ways of getting programs in debian
