Hello all,
First i have to say sparky is looking good on my system, working really great. Thanks to developers, super good job. Simple, nice and easy.
The problem:
When i do fast scrolling in web browser or watching movies with fast scenes moving across my screen, i notice a diagonal line across the screen.
It is not an actual line, it looks like the screen is divided in 2 sections and they get updated slightly different with a small time delay. I can't notice it in normal use. Only when doing fast scrolling or watching a movie with quick changes of the scene. i suspect it could be related to my video card?
VLC is not working on my system (i tried to fix it, but didn't succeed), so i installed MPV and it works nice. There is the line present in movies. I tought it was the player, but then saw the same problem on youtube and later in my browser scrolling up and down quickly.
Is there anything i can do to improve it?

OK. So i tried antiX and manjaro live distros. In both the scrolling and video plays smooth.
I saw the nvidia and since I have not used nvidia in about a decade I left for others. Quick peek today, it is older nvidia so nouveau would probably be the way to go. Glad it worked elsewhere.
Hello guys. I think i found an answer how to improve performance and i think it is fair to share with everyone.
So sparky still looks wonderful and now even performs really good.
It all started as i have replaced the hdd with ssd, and i installed sparky as it looks the best and is fast. But the video wasn't the best. So i was tweaking and tweaking around the bios and rememberd, when i installed ssd i pressed load the best defaults button.
So i checked the cpu settings and noticed it was set on low voltage, since it is CULV cpu. I had nothing to loose so i bumped the voltage up and voila. The videos play much better. I can still see that parts of the screen are updated a little differently, but in very rare occasions. Maybe videos showing explosions. Mostly it is ok, still i wish it could be as good as other distros. I checked also mx linux and the videos play a little better. But now it is close. Have to say that sparky is awesome... looking super good and fast!!!!
