I don't think so.
It's extremely tiny and too minimalist.
Not sure it can find many fans.

for a clean dwm can i install sprkylinux cli edition ... after what I have to install in addition to dwm ?

Login manager such as lightdm or slim, file manager pcmanfm or thunar, and network manager such as network-manager-gnome or wicd.

X11 libreries and xorg? Sudo, ceni, Synaptic?

The xorg packages should be installed as dependencies.
If I install, for example: openbox, lightdm and network-manager-gnome on the top of Debian base or Sparky CLI, APT installs xorg automatically.
Rest of them is your choice.
