Title: Restoring Font Display Settings
Post by: azsunset on July 12, 2017, 06:55:36 AM
I recently installed Sparky Linux 4.6 with the LXDE desktop. I removed programs that I didn't need including: Xfburn, LibreOffice, Firefox ESR, HexChat, Pidgin, Thunderbird Mail, Cherrytree, and possibly a couple more. When I try to open the application, "Font Display Settings", the dialogue box will not open. I need to know which program to re-install that will allow the use of this program.

It's 'sparky-fontset' package.

If it does't want to start anyway, try to run it in a terminal emulator:
sudo dpkg-reconfigure -f gnome fontconfig-config
