Title: SparkyLinux doesn't boot - mountall main process terminated
Post by: Christoffer on November 22, 2015, 11:30:45 AM
Hello,

Yesterday, I think I messed up some files trying to install an application. Later that day, the audio stopped working and I went to bed. This morning, when I try to boot my computer, it stops at:

init: mountall main process (148) terminated with status 127

I had to go into recovery mode to get that error.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Thanks in advance,
Christoffer

I decided to just reinstall Sparky, couldn't come up with a solution.

man journalctl    or   specifically (sudo) "journalctl -b -0"
to see all of the present boot

https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-use-journalctl-to-view-and-manipulate-systemd-logs

man systemctl

Most mistakes are fixable, but you have to find out what the problem is.
