Title: How to get an application ... Xfce
Post by: Pinguano on April 01, 2015, 02:53:20 PM
Hi, i'm Xfce user, i will like to configure wallpapers to change every 3-4 seconds ... but it looks impossible since the application here doesn't allow me to adjust time to less than 1 mnt,

How can i get a more updated application?

Try an application called 'variety' - it's in our repos.

Of course not.
Run the application from Menu and set wallpapers and other things.

I did not like, it looks like some commercial 'something else' ... more for a Windows user than for Linux ... And now I have a second problem, i uninstalled completely this application from synaptic and it left me some images on my screen/background only God knows for what purpose.

I was looking for some update from the application that it is already installed in the system, and now ...

1. Change a desktop's wallpaper to yours.
2. Delete directory:
~HOME/.config/variety
