LXQT is going with "Tier 1" kf5 components - programs.  These are based on qt5 and have no kde components - I am NOT an expert at this.  Your adding kwin-x11 at this point might be  bringing in things from kde5 which is in a very large and difficult transition.  You can look at bug reports at debian and also at kde for kwin and it's dependencies.

Do research, listen to others, but I am having no problems with the openbox-lxqt combination in testing with sparky and on sid with lxqt.

Synaptic, if you are choosing to learn in a debian-testing system, the more you use command line programs - especially apt-get ...   for your upgrades, dist-upgrades and new installs the less problems you will see in the long term.

added  IRC channel for kwin  is #kwin on freenode

Debian bugs for kwin  testing and unstable are the same version  https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?pkg=kwin;dist=unstable
