Title: How to install Net Framework v.1.1?

Hi,

I would like to know how to install NetFramework v1.1 on SparkyLinux GameOver?

Please tell me.

1 more thing, when I was new, what helped me the most, was picking a known quantity like Ubuntu 16.04, and then following a tutorial that matched my environment exactly.   So every step in the tutorial was a step I could reproduce exactly.

hope you aren't playing with me, but there's a "Live USB creator" under tools in the start menu.
