Title: LIGHT DISPLAY MANAGER
Post by: Ehdinayan on June 12, 2022, 04:45:29 PM
Hola fui a arrancar mi Sparky Linux Game Over edition como de costumbre y me encontré con el siguiente mensaje de error:

"Failed to start light display manager"

pulsé CTRL+ALT+F2 e introduje el comando:

systemctl status lightdpm

Y me devolvió: (al parecer el tal proceso 674 ExecStart obtiene un exit status de 1:)

lightdm.service - Light Display Manager
Loaded: loaded (/lib/systemd/system/lightdm.service;enabled;vendor preset:enabled)
Active: failed (Result:exit-code) SinceSun 2022-06-12 17:34 CEST;1hr 55min left
Docs: man:lightdm(1)
Process: 674 ExecStart=/usr/sbon/lightdm (code=exited, status=1/FAILURE)
mAIN pid: 674 (code=exited, status=1/FAILURE)
CPU: 62ms

Alguna sugerencia sobre cómo solucionar el problema? Gracias un saludo!

Well I tried all related things of the thread you shared to me manyroads, but to the best of my ability it did not solved the problem, wich in my case seems to be related to dependencies due to an update. If I solve the issue I will be posting here, greetings!
