Hi all,
I have a motherboard with 2 network interfaces
Sparky names the interfaces "eth0" and "eth1" (names assignment to hardware address changes at every boot)
I need to use the "enp38s0" and "enp39s0" naming schema.
How can I do this?
I tried to modify the file
/usr/lib/systemd/network/99-default.link
with this content
[Match]
OriginalName=*
[Link]
#NamePolicy=keep kernel database onboard slot path
#AlternativeNamesPolicy=database onboard slot path
NamePolicy=path kernel database onboard slot
AlternativeNamesPolicy=path database onboard slot
MACAddressPolicy=persistent
but nothing changed
I've got the same question
does anyone help?
