Title: Sticky Keys notification - Sparky XFCE 6
Post by: bin on October 29, 2021, 11:57:59 AM
Just testing Sparky 6 XFCE in vm prior to doing a reinstall. Gives me a chance to sloosh out the root partition and make a clean start.

I'm puzzled by the Sticky Keys Enabled notification that appears on the desktop. Had a dig around in autostart and cannot see anything obvious, so what is generating it and how do I remove it please? Sticky Keys are not my favourite  :)

Settings .. Notifications. Select Applications tab and deselect xfce-settings-helper.

I'm not sure from memory but too, that daemon might be running.

Thanks. Interesting - I disabled that but it seemed to make no difference until I actually shutdown and powered up the VM. Restarting didn't seem to do it.
