Just asking: are there any plans to add support for the Regolith DE?
Would be cool!

Well, it's essentially it's a meta-package made up of a host of components, including: i3-gaps (an enhanced version of i3-wm), i3blocks, i3bar, conky, a GTK and icon theme, rofi window switcher and app launcher, the compton compositor; and more.
Most of those things you already have as part of sparky i3 setup, rest can be easily installed. Grab regolith config files from theirs GitHub and you have homemade regolith linux based on sparky.
I have try Regolith but personally I prefer the implementation of i3 in Sparkylinux :)
I have only a question: if I made a new pure installation of Sparkylinux minimal iso with i3 using the advance installer I download Thunar o PCManfm as a file manager?
I cannot find the script to read

Could you please rephrase that, I'm having hard time understanding what you are asking about.

if I made a fresh new install using the minimal iso of Sparkylinux and I choice i3 as a desktop, the file manager is PCManfm or Thunar?
Thunar
many thanks.
