so I go into settings -> File Manager -> Behaviour
click single click
as per image....if interested
https://imgur.com/zVrQp92
exit ...single click on desktop icons not working
reboot...still no luck
I am the owner of all my desktop files
double clicks work
any clues?
Right click on the desktop -> Desktop settings (or something like that). Option you are looking for should be under ''icons'' tab
thanks
