somehow i have lost the ability to set/change the mirror for the repositories in synaptic manager.
i wanted to install MEGAsync, synaptic told me i had some package missing, i tried to change the repository mirror in synaptic, but nothing happens
am sure i was able to change it in the past
i am using sparkylinux xfce version, fully updated

Instead of Synaptic use Sparky APTus-> Repository to pick the right repositories
solved itself few hours later. both on synaptic and sparky APTus. i assume earlier the mirror site was down which complicated the process
i now got it aimed at the main server
