And later, when using screenfetch and/or neofetch, the SparkyLinux logo has changed to a generic debian logo:

Edit the file (as root)
/usr/lib/os-release and comment out line number five:
#ID=debian
After doing this the SparkyLinux logos are both in screenfetch and in neofetch:
