Title: Is GNU Parallel available? SOLVED

I want to install GNU Parallel but don't find it in Synaptic, I'm on Sparky Ver 6 Xfce

Yes it is Thank you but there is a slight problem.  I get an error message in the installation process. Dependency is not satisfiable: sysstat.
sisstat isn't in synaptic.

I was able to download and install sysstat so now I really am good.

Sysstat is available directly from Debian repo. There is no need for 3rd party sources.
